We currently have vacancies covering various aspects of holiday sales and customer service.
All candidates should possess an excellent telephone manner, good IT skills, and be able to maintain a positive outlook under pressure. Language skills and previous experience in a travel environment are an advantage but not essential.

We can think of few locations that can rival ours - where else could you go for a walk in the hills straight from the door at lunchtime, enjoy lunch at one of several good country pubs or sit with a book in the grounds of the stately home nearby? Even if you choose not to go out at lunchtime, you can benefit from subsidised lunches cooked by the chef of our Travel Shop and Café. If you live in York, or even in certain villages surrounding Castle Howard, it is often possible to share lifts, so transport costs needn’t be a concern.
